This page is only for CANCELING further shipments or services.
Canceling stops future charges and shipments, but does not refund previous charges.
All cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by our team. They are NOT in effect until confirmation, per our terms and conditions.
You are responsible for any charges incurred before the cancellation of your subscription, including any applicable taxes and other charges related to any orders processed before cancellation.
If you bought products from us on an auto-refill basis, you are covered under the 14 day Honest Try.
You may cancel any auto-refill after 14 days of use. Just reach out to us and we’ll cancel it after the 14 day Honest Try period that gives you a chance to try the products.
If this is BEFORE the 14 days, please check back. I hope you will enjoy the products, and that you won’t want to cancel.
If you bought for a base price of $7 or $9 or something like that, you are on auto-refills.
You can check your receipt that we emailed you. It spells out the charges and there will have been NO charge for most/all of the products.
You may also look at the emails we sent you that give you notice of the upcoming auto ship and how to cancel.
Let us know the info here and we’ll CONFIRM with you via email or text message.
We MUST confirm cancellation with you for it to take effect.
Also note that sometimes a billing is already in process today, or a shipment was already sent out…and it can’t be stopped.
In that case, you will be responsible for obtaining an RMA number and returning it to us.
And note that it may still go on your card. We will refund you that amount promptly once you return those items.
