Who can refund? With us, you’re always protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee. All according to our Return and Refund Policy.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can get a full and immediate refund, even on empty bottles, up to 60 days after placing your order.
You MUST fill out this quick form here, and we must ACCEPT the return and refund, which we will do by issuing you two things:
- your RMA number – this is the number to put on the label.
- the address to send the product back.
DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING WITHOUT AN RMA OR IT WILL NOT GET TO US!!
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address as to where to send your package.
Even if we refund you today, it often takes up to a week or more for your bank to post the refund on your statement.
